Belgian style cupcakes. ¡ÈSouris¡É means ¡Èmouse¡É in French. Combine sugar and egg and beat until the sugar dissolves. When the sugar dissolves, fold in flour and mix.

In a bowl, beat egg and sugar. (Photo #1)

Fold in sifted flour and blend.

Stir in melted butter. (Photo #2)

Stir in melted white chocolate and mix until smooth. (Photo #3)

Fill small aluminum cups with batter up to 4/5 full. (Photo #4)

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ¡ëC (320 ¡ëF) for about 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
