Finely chop chocolate. Combine the chocolate and milk in a saucepan and melt the chocolate over low heat or by double boiling.
Mix egg and sugar in a bowl, then stir in the chocolate mixture (#1). (Photo #1)
Fold in the sifted dry ingredients. Blend well.
Pour the batter into a heated frying pan and shape it into a 1cm-thick circle. Cover with aluminum foil and cook on low for about 5 minutes, until the bottom is browned. (Photo #2)
When the bottom is browned, flip and lightly brown the other side. (Photo #3)﹛
Place one cake on top of another and sprinkle with confectioners﹊ sugar.
