Sift together flour and sugar into a bowl.
Stir in beaten whole eggs, egg white, honey and melted butter, in that order, and blend. (Photo #1)
Fill tartlet molds up to 4/5 of the depth with the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 15 minutes. (Photo #2)
