Cream together butter and sugar. Blend well. (Photo #1)
Beat in egg white.
Mix in flour and white chocolate. Rub lightly and press the dough together. (Photo #2)
Place in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Roll out the dough to 8mm thick. Cut out with a large heart-shape cookie cutter.
In the center of each heart, make a small hole with a straw or a pastry tube. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 10 minutes.
After cooling, put the ribbon through the holes of seven cookies and tie it as in the sample photo above.
