Place almond powder and sugar in a bowl. Stir in egg whites. (Photo #1)
Add marmalade and blend.
Add flour and blend. (Photo #2)
Stir in melted butter and blend well to fully combine the ingredients.
Fold in chopped pears and mix. (Photo #3)
Transfer the batter into shallow molds. Fill up to about 1cm in depth. (Photo #4)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C (338 °F) for about 20 minutes until golden.
