In a bowl, mix together milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Blend well.
Add sifted flour and mix until smooth.
Add melted butter and blend. (Photo #1)
Onto a lightly oiled* frying pan or skillet, pour a small amount of the batter. (*Use vegetable oil. This is not included in the ingredients list. )
Swirl the pan around until the batter covers the bottom evenly.
When the crepe is slightly browned, flip it over and let the other side brown for a few seconds. Then remove from the pan and let cool before filling. (Photo #2)

Add sugar to whipping cream. Beat until stiff.
Beat in the whipped cream to the 20g of melted ice cream. Let chill in the refrigerator. (Photo #1)
Place the cream in the center of each crepe. On top of the cream, place banana slices. (Photo #2)
Place ice cream on top the bananas. (Photo #3)
Fold the crepes into halves. Place each crepe on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
