Chop white chocolate into fine pieces. Combine the chocolate, butter and whipping cream and melt over low heat or by double boiling.
In a bowl, cream together eggs and sugar. (Photo #1)
Mix in flour.
Stir in the chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. (Photo #2)
Fill small tart molds with the batter up to 3/5 full.
Pipe strawberry jam generously onto the center of each cake, then cover with additional batter completely up to 4/5 full. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden.
