In a bowl, stir in water to flour and mix well to make batter.

Add melted butter, then salt. Mix until the batter becomes creamy. (Photo #1)

Core, quarter, and slice apple into 2 cm slices.

Pour vegetable oil in a pan up to a depth of 3cm and heat.

Dip apple slices in batter. (Photo #2)

Fry apple slices until golden brown. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and serve. (Photo #3)
