Sift together flour and cocoa powder.
In a bowl, add sugar to butter and cream together. (Photo #1)
Fold in the flour mixture and melted chocolate, then blend. Press the dough together to form one clump. (Photo #2)
Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough to 5mm thick and cut out with a small leaf-shaped cookie cutter. (Photo #3)
Inset two slices of almonds vertically at one end of each cookie to represent the hare¡Çs ears. (Photo #4)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ¡ëC (356 ¡ëF) for about 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
After cooling, sprinkle with confectioners¡Ç sugar generously.
