Place almond powder in a bowl. Add sugar and eggs, then blend well. (Photo #1)
Heat honey over low heat until lukewarm. Add the honey to the batter and blend.
Stir in melted butter. (Photo #2)
Blend until well combined. Transfer the batter into aluminum cups. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ¡ëC (320 ¡ëF) for about 15 minutes. If the surface turns brown but the center is still undone, cover with foil and continue baking.
After cooling, sprinkle with confectioners¡Ç sugar.
