Place almond powder and sugar in a bowl. Stir in egg whites. (Photo #1)
Add jam and blend.
Add flour and blend.
Stir in melted butter and blend well to fully combine the ingredients. (Photo #2)
Fold in chopped raisins and mix. (Photo #3)
ransfer the batter into shallow molds. Fill up to about 1cm in depth.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C (338 °F) for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden. (Photo #4)
