Italian style dessert with a rich cream cheese flavor. Place the mixture in the center of a plate, then arrange cut seasonal fruit around it. Alternatively, you can serve with a fruit sauce, sliced almonds and/or chervil leaves.

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. In a bowl, cream together sugar and the cream cheese. (Photo #1)

In a bowl, beat whipping cream until creamy. It should be runny enough to drip from the whisk. (Photo #2)

Pour in 1/3 of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and blend well. (Photo #3)

Add the rest of the whipped cream and blend well.

After chilling in the refrigerator, place the mixture in the center of the plates. Arrange a generous amount of cut seasonal fruit around the mixture.
