Finely chop white chocolate.
In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil.
Pour the hot cream onto the chopped white chocolate and melt. (Photo #1)
When the chocolate is melted, add melted butter and stir until smooth and creamy. (Photo #2)
Fill a pan with the chocolate mixture to a depth of 1cm.
Refrigerate the chocolate for about an hour.
When the chocolate becomes firm, remove from the pan and cut into 2cm squares. (Photo #3)
Dust with confectioners¡Ç sugar generously. (Photo #4)
