Belgian style cheesecake. The key to making the batter is to beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until pale and creamy. You can do it easily by using a hand blender.

Beat cream cheese until soft. Add butter and sugar and beat until smooth and creamy. (Photo #1)

Stir in beaten eggs, a little at a time, and blend well. (Photo #2)

Add flour and blend well. (Photo #3)

Pour the batter into small rectangular cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 15 minutes until golden. (Photo #4)
