Allow butter to soften at room temperature. Cream together butter and sugar.
Stir in beaten egg and blend well until it emulsifies. (Photo #1)
Add sifted flour and blend. Then press the dough together to form one clump. (Photo #2)
Roll the dough into small balls, then press the center with your index finger to make them concave.
Arrange the rim to shape into small tartlets. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C (338 °F) for about 10 minutes.
After cooling, fill the tartlets with strawberry sauce.
