Sweet potato dessert. Cook the sweet potato dough in a saucepan, let it cool, then shape it into triangular pyramids, using your hands, to represent Mont Blanc. To serve, place each mound on a plate and frost with whipped cream. And voila! It’s a white Mont Blanc. |

Place cooked and sieved sweet potato in a saucepan. Mix in sugar, whipping cream, butter and egg yolk, in that order. (Photo #1)
Mix the ingredients well over a low heat. (Photo #2)
When the mixture becomes smooth, remove from the heat. Transfer the mixture onto a tray and allow to cool.
When cool, shape the dough into three triangular pyramids with your hands. (Photo #3)

Beat 100g whipping cream and sugar in a bowl to make frosting.
