In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. (Photo #1)
Add beaten eggs, in three or four additions, and blend well. If the batter does not blend well, heat it a little by double boiling and stir to blend well. (Photo #2)
Stir in melted chocolate. (Photo #3)
Add sifted flour/instant coffee mixture and blend well. (Photo #4)
Pour the batter into small heart-shaped molds, up to 4/5 full. (Photo #5)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 10 minutes.
