Beat cream cheese until soft.
Add half of the sugar (50g) and whipping cream and blend.
In a bowl, combine eggs and the rest of the sugar (50g). Beat until creamy. (Photo #1)
Pour the egg mixture (#3) into the cream cheese mixture (#2). Blend well.
Add sifted flour and blend. (Photo #2)
Fill small rectangular pans (Financier pans) with the batter 4/5 full. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for 10 - 13 minutes until golden.
